We defended the Trade Union Congress of Nigeria (TUC) at the National Industrial Court, Lagos Division in an employment action premised on a Transaction Implementation Agreement (TIA) involving the settlement of nearly N2b in favour of former employees of the Unions Homes Investment Ltd and Aso Savings & Loans Plc who were members of the TUC.
