We formed part of the team that represented Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) at the Federal High Court, Abuja in actions for recovery of debts; defended AMCON in actions for breach of contract at the Federal High Court, Abuja; defended AMCON at the National Industrial Court of Nigeria, Abuja in actions for termination of employment contract; part of the team that represented First Bank of Nigeria Limited both at the Federal High Court, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court in several actions for Garnishee proceedings; represented the Bank at the Industrial Arbitration Panel and National Industrial Court in actions for payment of arrears of retirement benefits.
