Ephraim graduated from University of Calabar, Calabar, Nigeria in 2002 wherein he obtained LL.B degree before proceeding to the Nigerian Law School where he was called to the Nigerian bar in 2004. He later proceeded to University of Abuja, Nigeria for his LLM, degree, which is in view.
Upon being called to the Nigerian Bar, Ephraim commenced his tutelage in the law firm of very senior lawyer, Afam Akputa Esq. (Shammah Chambers) in Enugu, Enugu State Nigeria before he proceeded to Abuja in 2006 where he joined Carnice Chambers located at No. Makeni Street Zone 6 Abuja as head of Chambers. Prior to joining Fourz and coming to his current position, he had a stint with Carnice Chambers, and later ignited a couple of legal practice firms of associates and held senior positions, including as a head of chambers. These firms include Alpha- Craft Attorneys and Chioke & Co Solicitors.
Ephraim has passion for corporate and commercial practice litigation and consultancy. He has been external solicitors for many companies, schools, banks and other corporate firms such as Banex Group of Companies Ltd, Romtech Technologies Ltd, etc.
Ephraim is also a Pastor in Charge of Parish with RCCG in Abuja, Nigeria. He is happily married with children.
