(Senior Associate), THE LAW CREST LLP (Partner/Head of the Dispute Resolution Practice Team) before becoming the Managing Partner at P. C. MBADIWE & CO.
Solomon is a Notary Public, consummate negotiator and advocate who appears before all the superior courts of record and is regularly consulted for advice and representation in commercial disputes. In addition, he provides dispute resolution insight to every team across the firm.
Solomon has also acted for local and foreign financial institutions in debt recovery and restructuring and is regularly appointed as a receiver/manager and has been actively involved in liquidation of companies.
Solomon is a versatile IP and ICT practitioner and regularly advises on IP protection and infringement as well as on software licensing, implementation and support services. He has also advised clients with regard to Immigration, Technology Licensing Agreements and Foreign Investment.
